Denis will have responsibility for the successful delivery of IT security services to Integrity’s growing client base in Ireland and the UK. This will include managing the expanded help desk and remote monitoring teams, and overseeing the design and implementation of security solutions. He will be responsible for ensuring that customers continue to receive the highest quality technical support at all times, as Integrity protects them from a wide range of current and evolving security threats.
Denis has gained extensive experience working in the IT security industry for almost 20 years. He joins Integrity Solutions from IT Focus, where he worked for two years as a technical services manager, responsible for technical solutions delivered to the SME market. Prior to that, he worked in HP as a consultant engineer and as a professional services manager in BT.
