Gavin Wallace, Associate Director, Building Consultancy, Belfast

CBRE announced that it has further strengthened its Belfast office with the appointment of Gavin Wallace as associate director to its building consultancy (BCD) team.

Prior to this appointment, Wallace worked for leading commercial property practices in Ireland, including Savills Dublin, Dalkia Ireland and CBRE Dublin, before running his own practice in the west of Ireland. In this new position with CBRE Belfast, Wallace will play a fundamental role in providing building surveying, project procurement and cost management services to CBRE’s corporate clients, private landlords, investors and funding institutions.
