Compliance and Risks, an Irish-owned compliance knowledge management company, today announced the appointment of Joe Skulski as its new CEO. With 20 years of international business and technical experience, he is a seasoned professional in areas such as product compliance, market development, product design, manufacturing and supply chains, working across Asia, the Americas and Europe.
Cork-based Compliance and Risks employs 40 people and helps blue-chip companies in over 120 countries manage the impact of global regulations to get compliant products to market.

Prior to Compliance and Risks, Joe was a business consultant at element56 and worked for 13 years in a variety of management roles at Bureau Veritas, a global leader in conformity assessment and certification services. He has degrees in Materials Science and Industrial Technology as well as a Masters in Business Administration.
