26 Oct 2012

An Taoiseach Enda Kenny, TD, today announced 100 new jobs for Cork-based technical consumer contact management provider Voxpro.

Voxpro intends to increase its workforce to 330 people over the next three months and is now recruiting for technical customer management positions in seven languages.

A homegrown company, Voxpro operates out of three purpose-built facilities in Cork and manages a number of large-scale contracts, including one of the world’s top search engines, 16 county councils, a number of Irish hospitals and healthcare providers, and some of the largest NGOs in Ireland and abroad.

“When my wife Linda and I set up this company 14 years ago, we had a team of six people. Today, we are Ireland’s leading provider of 24/7 technical customer management in business process outsourcing, operating in 12 languages to over 300 indigenous and global organisations – and we continue to expand at a rapid pace,” said Voxpro CEO Dan Kiely.

Voxpro’s expansion is supported by the Government through Enterprise Ireland.
