What tech employers want: Aon (video)

20 Sep 2013

Aon is not a brand commonly associated with tech but, as Constantin Beier let us know at Career Zoo on 14 September, its Dublin-based Centre for Innovation & Analytics is primarily recruiting in the technical area right now.

The Aon Centre for Innovation & Analytics (ACIA) needs data analysts, business analysts and ETL developers, as well as project managers and other roles that aren’t purely tech-based.

While the main brand is primarily associated with insurance, risk management and HR solutions, the ACIA has been in Dublin for four years now and is heavily interested in the tech and data space – and the talent needed to fill it.

A company within a company, the centre was established as a start-up four years ago and in that time has grown from zero to more than 100 employees. Beier, CEO of the ACIA, describes the working environment as young and dynamic – like any other four-year-old company, only this one happens to have a parent company that’s 60,000-employees strong and active in 120 countries.

Find out more about current vacancies at the Aon Centre for Innovation & Analytics through the company website.
