‘Our culture is really important to us’ – CarTrawler CPO (video)

CarTrawler’s chief people officer (CPO) Gillian French spoke to Siliconrepublic.com at the recent Career Zoo event in the Convention Centre Dublin about finding employees that are the right fit for an exciting, growing company.

CarTrawler is currently seeking to fill a number of roles in technology, online marketing, languages, sales and relationship management. But apart from having the right skills and qualifications to fill these roles, CarTrawler is also looking for candidates that have the right personality.

“Our culture is really important to us and we’re really passionate about what we do, and we want to just add to that,” said French. Specifically, French is keeping an eye out for enthusiastic and helpful team-players with a positive disposition.

CarTrawler also celebrates its employees’ diversity with culture days. At the moment, there are 25 different nationalities working at the company, and a close-to 50-50 ratio of females to males.
