In our employer insights series, we return to Storm Technology to speak with Ronan Gray, enterprise solutions practice director, to give us further insight into the company’s culture and diversity.

Storm Technology is a wholly Irish-owned company working with a large selection of customers across the Irish marketplace. The consultancy is dedicated to long-term client relationships so employees can gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.

According to Gray, this makes for a workplace that is both challenging and rewarding, and requires team members who are passionate about technology and about delivering value to their clients.

Storm has recruited employees from around the world and, as well as being culturally diverse, the team also comprises a mix of industry expertise, which allows members to learn from each other’s strengths and further stretch their talents in a collaborative environment.

The Look Inside video series offers an insight into our Featured Employers and the types of roles and candidates that companies are looking for.
