To company who work directly with over 1,200 independent car rental agents have also confirmed that with their continued growth, CarTrawler will also be opening a new international customer centre of excellence in Dundrum supporting customers in 174 countries.

Given the amount of jobs on offer, the announcement was made by An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny TD and Minister for Jobs Richard Bruton TD, as well as CarTrawler’s CEO, Mike McGearty.

As an Irish company established here in 2004, McGearty has placed a particular importance on promoting Ireland on the world stage: “We have firmly established our position as one of the travel-tech industry’s top employers. We continue to invest in our technology and our team to ensure that we remain the driving force behind car rental worldwide,” he said speaking at the announcement.

“We are very pleased to be able to create these new roles in our country of origin which will help to showcase our home grown Irish business on the international stage”.
