3 Ireland is the third and final mobile operator to announce data plans for the forthcoming iPad Wi-Fi + 3G, which goes on sale in Ireland this Friday.
Unlike data plans from Vodafone and O2, which offer one-day or 30-day access at 500MB or 5GB or a data cap respectively, 3 has chosen to offer two tariffs based on data usage limits per month only.
Getting a microsim through 3, iPad owners will have two options: 1GB of data for €9.99 a month or 15GB of data for €19.99 a month.
Like O2 and Vodafone, this is contract-free and can be activated or cancelled at any time.
