Epson launches ultra mobile range of projectors

3 Nov 2010

Epson has launched a new range of slimline projectors designed for mobile professionals – the EB-1750, EB-1760W, EB-1770W and EB-1775W.

All of them weigh 1.7kg each and have a height of 44mm. They’ve been designed to fit into a laptop bag, with quick start-up and instant-off functionality.

The 3-in-1 USB display function lets users play both sound and images and control the projector using one USB cable.

The projectors have a brightness of up to 3,000 lumens and a colour light output equally as high as the white light output, allowing presentations to display vivid colours when projected in full daylight.

Included with the EB-1775W and optional with the EB-1760W and EB-1770W is high-speed wireless connectivity to allow for fewer cables.

This connectivity also offers multi-screen display, with the ability to connect four projectors from a single computer.

All models, apart from the EB-1750, offer a native WXGA resolution that displays everything shown on widescreen computers without needing to adjust anything. This means it projects 30pc more of the one-screen pixels than an XGA resolution.

The EB-1750 costs €867.96, the EB-1760W costs €992.35, the EB-1770W costs €1355.84 and the EB-1775W costs €1597.23. All projectors are available from November.
