30 Nov 2010

The Kensington AssistOne car kit, a hands free kit for the iPhone with voice activation and Bluetooth, will be out in O2 stores from the start of December.

The dock can be mounted on the windscreen on grill air vents. It features Bluetooth connectivity, linking it with an iPhone for wireless calling and media playback.

It offers hands-free talking, voice-activated controls and it amplifies sound for turn-by-turn directions and podcasts.

The voice activation feature lets users accept, make or decline a call. It can also let users launch the iPhone Voice Control function without removing their hands from the steering wheel.

The Kensington AssistOne car kit costs €79 and works for iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 devices.
