Samsung could be launching a successor to the Galaxy Tab running on Honeycomb at the start of the Mobile World Congress.
According to Pocket-lint, the tablet will be slimmer and lighter than the previous Galaxy Tab.
It will be fully black, as opposed to being white on the back, and will run on Android 3.0 (Honeycomb.)
The next Galaxy Tab reportedly has a dual-core Qualcomm chip and an 8-megapixel camera. It could be physically smaller than the iPad in size, but the screen could be slightly bigger at 10.1 inches.
A Honeycomb Galaxy Tablet could be essential to compete with many of the big Android tablet players this year, like the Motorola Xoom.
The previous Galaxy Tab ran on Android 2.2 Froyo, which was a smartphone mobile OS, whereas Honeycomb has been designed with tablets in mind.
