Irish band Kodaline would be the headline act at the Electric Picnic, if Google searches are anything to go by, and singer Rita Ora is the Oxegen artist generating the most searches on Google in Ireland, a new infographic reveals.
These are just some of the facts Discovery, the data, insights and planning unit of digital agency eightytwenty, has uncovered for the festival infographic.
The infographic also provides a breakdown of the Irish digital audience for the two music festivals, covering the number of Facebook likes for each festival, Irish likes by gender, Irish likes by age, Irish likes from parents, Irish likes from pet owners, and Irish towns and cities with the highest percentage of likes.
Electric Picnic takes place 30 August-1 September in Stradbally Estate, Co Laois. Oxegen is coming up sooner, over the August bank holiday weekend, 2-4 August, at Punchestown Racecourse.
