The aim of the Tenego Sales Partnering Programme is to provide participants with the practical steps and tools for the business to identify secure and make effective sales-generating partnerships internationally. Course participants will be equipped with a range of tools and methodologies so they will be able to devise suitable partner strategies, execute partner recruitment programmes and put in place successful partnerships for their organisations. The participants will also apply their learning to their own business as an assignment for discussion at the individual follow-up meeting. The programme is suitable for CEOs and senior managers of internationally-focused software product businesses, including software-as-a-service businesses. Through Enterprise Ireland’s Excel at Export Selling Programme, the cost is €300 per company for the full-day workshop including follow-up 1-to-1 'next steps' session allowing up to three participants per company.
