Organisations should have a comprehensive policy in place to ensure that all staff understand how to use and protect personal data. In this workshop, Gary provides guidance on the issues which should be considered when creating a data protection policy incorporating all data-protection rules. The workshop will also consider how these policies should be communicated to staff, as well as an appropriate awareness programme which should be established.
