The year 2012 marks several significant anniversaries for computer science in Maynooth. It marks 25 years since the foundation of the department and it is 10 years since the first graduation class from the denominated degree in computer science and software engineering. We would like to invite our alumni to join in our celebrations which will also include the launch of our new degrees - the BSc in computational thinking and a new European Erasmus Mundus MSc in dependable software systems, of which the department is lead partner with St Andrews University and Université de Lorraine.
