Yahoo! pulls the plug on MyBlogLog

An email announced that MyBlogLog will shut down on 24 May and subscriptions to its premium services will be refunded

Yahoo! emailed MyBlogLog users, informing them it will shut down the service on 24 May 2011.

According to TechCrunch, Yahoo! sent out an email to users of the service, which allows people to track who views their blogs.

The email announced the service will shut down on 24 May and subscriptions to its premium services will be refunded.

The termination of this service was leaked late last year, when Yahoo! showed a webcast to employees informing them that not only was MyBlogLog to be shut down, but other services, such as AltaVista and Yahoo! Buzz, would go, too.
