GeoSocial Networks

Purely through the organic efforts of its users downloading and spreading the positive experience, Grindr has established itself by word of mouth as the premier gay ‘GeoSocial Network.’

As the globe’s largest gay social network, Grindr has achieved a major presence in every major city in the United States, with about 53,000 users in New York City alone.

London tops the list of cities with the most Grindr users worldwide, with 86,400 users. Joel Simkhai, founder and CEO of Grindr, said: “London has embraced Grindr from the very beginning, we are thrilled to have London as our largest city.

“The credit for this milestone lies with our extremely engaged Grindr guys, whose positive word of mouth has built our community. I want to thank our dedicated Grindr team of 60 people from around the world for all the hard work they have put into developing our app.”
