Digital solutions company Tibus will provide a managed internet service for the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards, which will take place in Belfast on 6 November.
Tibus, which has offices in Belfast and Dublin, will offer an internet connection allowing MTV, performers and media organisations to stream content live across the world.
“Supporting MTV and its digital media team is a fantastic endorsement for Tibus,” said Andrew Maybin, Tibus network services director.
“We are genuinely delighted to have been selected by MTV amongst stiff industry competition to participate in this very high-profile and exclusive event,” he said.
The 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards will take place at the Odyssey Arena.
Hosted by actress Selena Gomez, the show will see performances from Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Snow Patrol.
