Deals site LivingSocial has launched its LivingSocial Shop in Ireland which offers physical products at discounts of up to 50pc for well-known brands.

The shop will feature a broad, yet curated, product mix at value and will deliver all purchased items right to the member’s front door.

“LivingSocial inspires our members to get out, discover new things, and truly experience life,” said Peter Briffett, managing director of LivingSocial UK and Ireland.

“LivingSocial Shop is an extension of that idea, and fits perfectly with the zest for life and enthusiasm for new experiences shown by our Irish customers.”

LivingSocial members will be introduced to LivingSocial Shop via email. LivingSocial offers are delivered to members through the LivingSocial website, emails and through its smartphone app.

“LivingSocial Shop’s products run the gamut, from the practical must-haves to more aspirational want-to-haves,” said Mark Henderson, general manager of LivingSocial Ireland.

“We handpick the pieces ourselves to ensure we’re showcasing the best of the best to our members,” Henderson said.

Washington, DC-headquartered LivingSocial has more than 40m customers in 21 countries. The deals it offers each day carry discounts of up to 50pc.
