GetitKeepit.com is a free online service that groups together your service providers including electricity, gas, mobile and cable to keep bill information in one secure place.
With one single log-in to Getitkeepit.com you have access to all of your bills, which can be viewed and paid from within your account.
Dublin-based Getitkeepit recently closed a seed investment round of €400,000 to fund the expansion of its business into Britain and to commercialise its technology. The start-up also was the winner of the Eircom Web Innovation Award 2009.

Alan Coleman, CEO
Alan Coleman is a co-founder of GetitKeepit.com and a graduate of University College Dublin and the Michael Smurfit School of Business. Before setting up GetitKeepit.com Alan was a Sales Director at Accenture and prior to that he held a senior business development role at Macalla Software. Like most people, Alan has lost countless hours of his life looking for pieces of paper in drawers, cupboards and behind the sofa - time that would be better spent with his family, at rugby matches or on the golf course.
Jim Hannon, CTO
Jim Hannon is a co-founder of GetitKeepit.com, holds a degree in Computer Engineering & Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin, and was most recently the Chief Technical Architect with RTÉ. Before joining RTÉ, Jim held senior positions with financial middleware specialists Polarlake, Macalla Software, Digital, Ericsson AB and Euristix Limited. Since buying a second home in France, Jim has become over-acquainted with paperwork, red tape and bureaucracy - with GetitKeepit.com he hopes to bid most of that adieu.
Gus Legge, Product Director
Gus Legge is a co-founder and senior application architect with GetitKeepit.com. Before starting up GetitKeepit.com, Gus developed an online comparative insurance quotation product for Insuresoft, and previously held senior IT roles within ICG, Bearing Point and Core Solutions in Hong Kong. Gus became so confused by his energy bills that he established his own renewable energy company, Green Planet Limited. This traded until 2008 when Gus realised that GetitKeepit.com was a much simpler solution to his and the planet's needs.
Eric Fitzgerald, Marketing Director
Eric is an award winning digital designer with over 12 years international experience. His portfolio website has been featured internationally in design magazines and websites. Eric brings a huge amount of digital and interactive design experience across the consumer and business services sectors. Besides working in Ireland with Agency.com, he has spent 8 years in Australia working in top tier advertising agencies such as Ogilvy Interactive Melbourne, and designing global intranet sites for corporations BHP Billiton, and the National Australia Bank Group. Eric doesn't like bills very much and wonders why they keep bothering him.
Finbarr Callaly, Commercial Director
Finbarr brings to Getitkeepit.com wide international commercial experience from the software / Telco and property sectors. He has been involved in sales and business development roles in established companies such as Vodafone and Logica and has also worked in start up environments including Macalla Software and Promotinvest France. Finbarr first completed a BBS in Trinity college Dublin and later an MBS at UCD Smurfit School of Business. Finbarr looks forward to a day when someone else organises his bills but until then Getitkeepit.com will act as his paperwork butler.
