18 Nov 2010

The winner of the LINC Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB), iFactor competition is Openplain – a company that helps organisations maximise their staff productivity through the use of its innovative software.

The company, run by Jonathon Mulligan, presented impressive results from use of tits software ‘OfficeMetrics’ and leaves the competition with a €4,000 prize.

LINC, part of Innovation Dublin 2010, allows companies to pitch to investors and Openplain, a privately owned Irish company, overcame 10 other companies from the five incubation and innovation centres in third-level colleges in Dublin to claim first place.

The contest is funded by the four Dublin County Enterprise Boards, Fingal County Enterprise Board, Dublin City, South Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown.
