RTÉ’s Dragons’ Den seeks applications from start-ups with killer ideas

22 Nov 2012

Entrepreneurs in the tech space are being encouraged to apply now for the next season of Dragons’ Den to present their killer ideas and persuade the ‘dragons’ to invest in their ideas. The deadline for applications is Monday, 3 December.

The next season of Dragons’ Den is sponsored by Bank of Ireland and production by Screentime ShinAwil Ltd will begin in January.

The popular RTÉ show’s producers are currently searching for two new dragons to replace Bobby Kerr and Niall O’Farrell, who have stepped down.

The show’s producers say the two new dragons who will join remaining dragons Gavin Duffy, Norah Casey and Sean O’Sullivan will be announced shortly.

Entrepreneurs who have a killer idea, an amazing new invention or a ‘must have’ product ready for investment are being encouraged to apply here.

Applicants must be available for filming dates in January 2013.
