Big data will be drawn together in ways that will improve social, political and economic intelligence, according to 53pc of respondents to a survey, whose results are illustrated in a new infographic.
The infographic by Online Business Degree looks at how big data may impact citizens in the future. More specifically, the infographic displays what’s generating big data, why big data is important, how it’s useful, privacy concerns arising from big data, and ultimately, the future of big data.
Big data doesn’t look like it’s just an IT trend, either. Gartner forecasts 4.4m IT jobs will be created globally by 2015 to support big data.
