Oracle has appointed Lisa Dillon as director of its multilingual Interaction Centre at OracleDirect EMEA, located at East Point Business Park, Dublin. This supports customers and partners, offering call routing, sales, lead management, customer and partner service to over 20 countries. She previously worked for Esat BT where she was director of operations and e-business. She has more than ten years’ experience in the software and telecommunications industry having held roles with Motorola, MetaCreations and Accenture.
