Anyone seeking a career in tech is in luck for the next good while: the number of computer-related jobs are expected to increase 22pc by 2020, according to an infographic that looks at hiring in tech.
The infographic by Amadeus Consulting that’s published on Visual.ly highlights a couple of issues, namely, the existence of more jobs than there are people to fill them, and the cost and time involved in hiring employees.
It’s not all doom and gloom, though, as the infographic also includes the top 5 highest-paying and fastest-growing tech jobs between 2012 and 2020. No 1 is mobile app developer, followed by software engineer, video-game designer, computer systems analyst, and network administrator.
