In this always-connected world, there are more demands on our attention than ever before, particularly in the workplace. How can we ensure our time is spent on the things that really matter?

There is one sad fact to working life: no matter how long your to-do list, there are a finite number of hours in the day and there is only so much time in which to get everything done.

One of the key features of any career is juggling. Competing deadlines, multiple priorities and numerous KPIs all vie for attention and a scrap of the time you have available to you.

How can you ensure that the things you are spending your time on are deserving of it? How can you make sure that you’re squeezing all of the value out of the day that you can?
