More than 90 new jobs are to be created in Galway in new investments by Hewlett Packard and Buy.com.
The investments are being supported by IDA Ireland.
Hewlett Packard is to expand its research and development capability at its existing Ballybrit operation, with two new strategic research, development and innovation (RD&I) projects involving a total investment of €11 million and creating more than 50 new positions.
Online retailer Buy.com, meanwhile, is to establish a European operations centre in the centre of Galway, resulting in 40 highly skilled positions over four years. Recruitment is to begin immediately for positions in finance, multilingual customer support, online sales and marketing, and software design and development.
