Customers with Bank of Ireland are still experiencing difficulties accessing their money as technical issues that have plagued the bank in recent days persist.

BoI confirmed that the institution is still experiencing technical problems pertaining to their online services.

The Bank told the Irish Times that while all ATM, Laser, branch and telephone banking functions are operating normally, some customers are experiencing issues accessing their online services.

Normal services

A message on the Banking 365 website reads: “We are currently experiencing technical issues and hope to have normal service restored as soon as possible. All our branches are open as normal.”

With Banking 365 still experiencing technical issues, BoI is encouraging online banking users to use its phone banking services.

Bank of Ireland customers had difficulty conducting banking transactions online, by telephone and at the bank’s ATMs because of computer system faults earlier this week
