Cork business process outsourcing player Voxpro reported a €5m increase in turnover over last year. The increase represents a 50pc increase on last year’s turnover.

The company says it has been experiencing significant growth in the last 12 months and recently signed a major deal to provide the European support centre for internet media company Travelzoo.

With more than 26 million subscribers in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific and 25 offices worldwide, Travelzoo publishes deals from more than 2,000 travel and entertainment companies.

Co-founded by Dan and Linda Kiely, Voxpro is Ireland’s largest exporter of BPO services and the pair are among 24 finalists in this year’s Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

“This latest Travelzoo contract win marks a key milestone in an already hugely successful year for Voxpro,” the company’s CEO Dan Kiely explained.

“A number of solutions providers from across the EU pitched for the contract and I’m delighted that our company was ultimately chosen. Travelzoo places a very high emphasis on customer service excellence and this is evidenced in every aspect of their business and their business partnerships.

“Our turnover is set to increase by €5m this year and this strong growth is particularly important to our international business which now represents more than 80pc of our overall turnover,” Kiely said.
