Fineos has implemented a content management system at Britannia Building Society.
The software enables staff to access all customer-related information through the society’s existing Fineos customer relationship management system.
The system means that over 30,000 documents can be scanned, indexed and retrieved per day, providing service staff with a single point of real-time access to all customer and contact records.
This integrated workflow technology will ensure that all scanned documents are associated with specific customer service tasks. These tasks are then automatically assigned to people across various business units.
