When you’re the leader of a huge company, not a minute of the day can be wasted, so getting your day off to a good start is essential.

And, as we all know, the key to getting your day off to a good start is having a good breakfast – just like your mother always told you.

And, according to this infographic, produced over at MakeItCheaper.com, the habits of successful business leaders include eating a good breakfast, early morning exercise and meditation.

Virgin Group founder Richard Branson favours fresh fruit and muesli and leaves his curtains open to ensure he gets up early, while Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey chows down on two hard-boiled eggs with soy sauce, and also manages to squeeze in some meditation and a run first thing, as if running two hugely successful tech companies doesn’t keep him busy enough.

So, the next time you think you’re too busy or too tired to make time for breakfast or some early morning exercise, think again, if these successful business people make time for it, you should too.
