A prominent Irish digital sales agency has announced a partnership that will enable Irish advertisers to promote products on MTV online.
Ad2One Ireland and MTV Networks UK & Ireland has announced the partnership which will now enable Irish advertisers advertise to Irish visitors across the entire MTV online platform.
The move will no doubt encourage Irish brands to advertise on the popular digital platform, with MTV UK & Ireland report a 63pc increase of Irish traffic year on year.
With Ad2One now looking after the network’s digital sales, it also will allow them exposure across all of the MTV owned websites – includingMTV, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, South Park and Game Trailers.
Exposure
Roddy Walshe, sales director, Ad2One Ireland said: “In the past when considering online advertising the immediate response on the part of advertisers was to seek out Irish sites which generated the most traffic. While this is still very important today it is vital that brands benefit from exposure across as wide a spectrum as possible. Ad2One’s ethos is to enable advertisers to promote brands accurately, and without wastage, on leading sites which receive volume traffic from the Irish consumer.”
Ad2One’s portfolio includes the online properties of Disney, Hello Magazine, LinkedIn, MySpace.com, NME, Ryanair, and The Guardian.
Duncan McCrum, director of digital sales at MTV Networks UK & Ireland said the partnership marks their “ongoing commitment to generating new investment opportunities across both sides of the Network… we are confident the team will help us to fulfil our ambitions in this market.”
