KeepItSafe to recruit 50 UK partners in next six months

7 Dec 2011

Managed online backup and disaster recovery services provider KeepItSafe has launched a dedicated partner programme that has the company looking to recruit 50 UK resellers by June 2012.

“With some reports suggesting that business data is doubling year on year, the only truly scalable, reliable and secure way to back up the volumes of information organisations are producing today is online,” said Eoin Blacklock, managing director at KeepItSafe.

“We look forward to helping our partners capitalise on this growth, and encourage them to take advantage of our sales and marketing services and technical expertise.”

The rate at which companies are producing data is growing exponentially, and the online backup market is fast emerging as a preferred method for securing data essential to businesses.

Online backup is inherently more reliable and convenient than other alternatives, such as backup tape, a 60-year-old technology that’s susceptible to loss, theft and, according to Gartner, fails 71pc of the time.

KeepItSafe’s online backup and disaster recovery services, for businesses of all sizes, aim to allow resellers to exploit the market trend and to take advantage of the company’s market expertise and product offering.
