A Belfast digital design company that works with top brands such as Doritos, Amazon and Universal Music is investing £750,000 sterling in an ambitious plan to boost exports and grow turnover beyond £1m sterling a year.

Rehabstudio specialises in digital marketing communications and advertising solutions, offering a range of customised creative and technical services, including designing and developing websites, social network applications, and viral and mobile marketing.

“Rehabstudio is a highly entrepreneurial local company aiming to maximise its profits by developing sales in external markets,” said Oonagh Hinds, Invest NI’s eastern regional office manager.

“Companies such as Rehabstudio can benefit from economies of scale and increase their productivity as they expand their operations and further compete outside Northern Ireland.

“The majority of Rehabstudio’s business growth is generated through personal selling, and we are supporting the company to develop as it visits new markets and secures deals with new clients.”

Rehabstudio’s client list boasts brands such as Amazon, Doritos, Universal Music, Saab and Motorola.

“Today’s consumers weave seamlessly between the real world and the internet, watching catch-up TV, shopping and chatting to friends on Facebook,” explained Jurgen Prause, technical director of Rehabstudio.

“We help our clients maximise the commercial opportunities presented by the growth of digital media by producing highly targeted and creative online communications which connect them with their customer base.

“With a growing global demand for this kind of digital know-how, we already have exciting opportunities in Europe, Asia and the US, and we are growing the team to further exploit these developing markets, with Invest NI’s help,” Prause added.
