JustRewards.ie has doubled its orders as customers have found it easier to pay and they can now use their laser cards.
Established in 2007, JustRewards.ie is a subsidiary of ABC School Supply Centre, which is based in Letterkenny, Co Donegal. JustRewards.ie is now one of the leading suppliers of a wide array of motivational rewards for use in the classroom and at home. It is using Sage Pay to accept online payments. Sage Pay is designed to help businesses such as JustRewards.ie to set up a secure online store quickly and to reduce the risk of fraud across all of its online transactions.
“We had a 45pc order abandonment rate,” explains Brian Higgins, managing director, ABC School Supply Centre. “The main problem we had was customers using PayPal believed they could only use PayPal and that without a PayPal account they couldn’t place orders.”
Sage Pay Ireland worked with JustRewards.ie to integrate the solution into the website. Sage Pay can process all major cards, including laser, plus PayPal.
“Using Sage Pay means we are already receiving double the amount of orders as customers find it easy to pay and can now use their laser cards,” continues Higgins. “We can view and manage all transactions through My Sage Pay and the commission charges are less than other payment providers.”
Sage Pay is secure and compliant. The process to get up and running is simple and straightforward and Sage advisers are on hand to help every step of the way.
“Customers find it easy to pay and we find it easy to track and monitor,” he adds. “We have just begun an expansion programme and we are about to enter the UK and other European markets. With Sage Pay, we will be able to process the large majority of potential customers’ cards regardless of their country of origin.”
With Sage Pay, users can add as many currencies to their account as they need to, free of charge. The reliable infrastructure ensures maximum uptime and resilience.
“Sage Pay is the perfect solution for us,” concludes Higgins. “It’s simple and secure and allows us to focus on what we do best.”
