Online wine merchant gives customers a Louder Voice

Cork-based wine merchant Bubble Brothers is not averse to the practices of Wine 2.0 – with an online store, frequently updated blog and Twitter account – but customer interaction has been taken one step further with technology from review site LouderVoice.

LouderVoice for Business, which launched earlier this year, gives online retailers the chance to use social media and integrate customer reviews into their website.

The new review widget, as used by Bubble Brothers, review-enables the entire site with just one line of code and a few tweaks to make the widget flush with the site’s layout and design.

The integration between this innovative widget and the main review site means that once the wine reviews are submitted through Bubble Brothers, they will also be searchable through LouderVoice itself.

Other LouderVoice for Business customers include hotel booking site, and audio equipment manufacturers Klipsch.
