Regus reports increased demand for video conferencing

21 Apr 2010

Office facilities provider Regus has reported a 108pc uplift in demand for its video-conferencing facilities across Europe last Friday because so many flights were grounded.

The company said the demand for video conferencing hit an all-time high on Friday 16 April.

Regus added that it is expecting further high levels of enquiries for video communications as businesses strive to maintain international business communication during the ongoing aviation crisis due to airborne ash from an Iceland volcano.
