Valista, a provider of multi-channel payments and merchandising solutions, has appointed Arlene Adams vice-president of international sales and business development. She previously spent eight years in a number of key management roles at Sun Microsystems. Based in the UK, Adams will be responsible for developing the company’s existing sales offices in key regions around the world and securing additional channels for Valista’s payments and merchandising software and services. Arlene holds a BA in Business and Human Resource Management, a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
