Barry Meegan has been appointed business consultant at Original Solutions. As an ISO/IEC 20000 expert, Meegan will be responsible for assisting clients on ITSM (ITIL) & ISO/IEC 20000 programmes. Prior to joining Original Solutions, he was service delivery manager at HP. He holds a BSc. In Computing and Linguistics from The University of Ulster, a Higher Diploma in Business from The Dublin Business School and a Manager’s Certificate in ITIL Service Delivery and Service Support.
