The Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (IPHA) has announced the appointment of Brian O’Grady as communications manager. O’Grady has worked in communications management with Excellence Ireland, BBC Worldwide and Taylor Nelson Sofres. For the past two years he ran his own company, providing editorial content and publications for The European Organisation for Quality, Fáilte Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, EIQA, CCI and others. A qualified journalist with an MBA from UCD, O’Grady was also editor of Best Practice, Inside Multimedia and Made In Europe Magazine. He will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the association’s communications strategy.
