Complete Network Technology have appointed Rom Bates as Business Development Manager. He will assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the Complete Telecom team. Prior to joining the company, Rom held senior positions with Baker Consultants, Lucent Technologies and with Esat Net as a senior network consultant.
