David Keddy has been appointed senior sales engineer in Nortel’s Irish operations. He will be responsible for supporting the Nortel enterprise business within Ireland, including working directly with Nortel customers, channels and end users to provide expert advice on Nortel Voice, Contact Centre and Multimedia solutions. Keddy has worked for Nortel for 10 years and has had various positions within Nortel including positions in sales engineering and contact centre consulting. He has recently returned from Australia where he held the position of sales engineer for Nortel in the New South Wales market.
