David McMahon has been appointed client director for the commercial sector at SAS Ireland. He will play a significant role in expanding SAS’ reach in the market and introducing new sectors to the business benefits that can be gleaned through effective business intelligence and analytical solutions. With more than 14 years of experience in the technology sector, he was general manager of Labyrinthm a Dublin-based internet solutions company, where he was instrumental in taking the company to a market dominant position. On BT’s acquisition of Labyrinth, he was responsible for managing web solutions businesses based in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands. He has also held senior positions in Vodafone and AHC Systems Consulting. McMahon has a business degree from Trinity College Dublin and an MSC from the London School of Economics.
