Pure Telecom, Irish business telecoms provider, has appointed Declan McLoughlin billing manager responsible for the company’s development of in-house billing and customer care systems. He will be look after all IT related issues, including the development of tools to interface with external vendors, the continuous development of the billing platform and the development of customer care tools. Prior to Pure Telecom, McLoughlin worked as an engineering supervisor for a Galway-based IT solutions provider, followed by work as a technical and network manager for ITL /Netsource Europe and was the intelligent networks manager for O2. He has an NCEA Certificate in Science (Applied Physics) and an NCEA Diploma in Science (Photonics) from Carlow Regional Technical College.
