Deloitte has won awards in two categories at the Graduate Recruitment Awards 2011 – Best Student Campaign and Most Popular Graduate Recruiter.
Voted for by students and judged by an independent panel of industry experts, the gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards recognise Ireland’s most popular recruiters across a range of employment sectors.
Graduates joining Deloitte have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries – including technology, energy, and media and telecommunications.
“Recruitment of top-performing graduates remains highly competitive among professional service firms. For the 2010 graduate recruitment season, we implemented an integrated marketing campaign that conveyed the unique culture of the firm,” said Irene O’Gorman, director of marketing and business development at Deloitte.
The theme of the Deloitte campaign was: ‘It’s your future. How far will you take it?’ All communication channels were utilised throughout the campaign, with a particular focus on social media.
Trainees at Deloitte receive top-level training in the Deloitte Academy, the opportunity to work with some of Ireland’s most prestigious companies, as well as rapid career progression, opportunities to work abroad and a whole range of benefits, both on a professional and personal level.
Deloitte is the only professional services firm that has been voted one of the 50 best workplaces in Ireland for nine years running and employs more than 1,100 people.
