Leading consultant on usability Pat Fehin has been appointed head of usability services at Ennis Information Age Services (EIAS). Over the past 15 years, Fehin has provided usability-engineering consultancy to large organisations such as Iona Technologies, Marconi UK and Intel, as well as advising the public sector on a number of e-government initiatives and EU research and development (R&D) projects. He has also worked with Compaq as a consultant usability engineer. Fehin holds an M.A. in applied psychology from University College Cork and is a member of the Human Factors Society and Usability Professional’s Association.
