Damovo Ireland country manager Mary Bradshaw has been promoted to the role of managing director of Damovo Global Services. She will manage more than 5,500 multinational customers but will continue to operate from her Dublin base.

The promotion comes after 18 months as country manager.

Maria O’Reilly has been promoted from finance director at Damovo Ireland to managing director.

During their 18 months together in Damovo Ireland, Bradshaw and O’Reilly oversaw major strategic changes which included the re-design of its managed services portfolio, resulting in €4.5m in new service contracts.

Bradshaw will have responsibility for growing revenues and market share for Damovo across the world.

Damovo Global Services provides internationally co-ordinated IT managed services for multinational companies, irrespective of geographical location or technology preference. Damovo currently manages the IT needs of 5,600 clients, representing more than 5m managed ports across 119 countries.

Bradshaw has more than 25 years of experience working in senior business and HR management roles, including more than 20 years at Aer Lingus, where she held a variety of management positions.

O’Reilly led the finance team at Damovo Ireland for the last two years and played a key strategic role in Damovo’s recent achievements. She has a wealth of experience working in senior finance and IT roles across a range of industries, and has a strong understanding of the needs of business customers. Prior to joining Damovo, O’Reilly worked in senior finance and IT roles with Cahill May Roberts and Diageo Ireland.

“These promotions are a fantastic reflection of Damovo Ireland’s recent success,” said Mike Parton, CEO, Damovo Group.

“Together, Mary and Maria oversaw significant change in our Irish business and it’s now performing ahead of expectations.”

“We have great confidence as Mary moves to a central leading role in our global business and Maria takes up the helm in Ireland. Their experience and enthusiasm will ensure continued success for Damovo in both the international and Irish markets,” Parton added.
