IBM Ireland has announced the appointment of three new partners to the IBM Business Consulting Services (BCS) division. Tony Graham will take up the position as country co-ordinator for BCS and be responsible for Public Sector in Ireland. Dermot Walsh will be responsible for the distribution sector in Ireland while Paul Farrell will manage the financial services sector.
