Irish Broadband is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Doody as managing director. Until last June Paul was managing director and co-founder of Switchcom, which was sold to Chorus Communications and subsequently acquired by Smart Telecom Plc. Mr. Doody is a qualified engineer and chartered accountant and spent three years working as a marketing advisor with the Irish Export Board. Irish Broadband provides high speed internet access using wireless technology.
